Anne Hathaway’s Pants – Every Flier Avoid Wearing at the Airport

Everyone knows by now that jeans, especially stiff, non-stretch ones, should be packed away in a carry-on bag rather than worn on the plane. For one thing, a lengthy flight in tight jeans is already a challenge in and of itself. Anne Hathaway boarded a plane to LAX last week wearing what could be considered the most conservative form of attire: cargo pants.

With the guidance of her stylist Erin Walsh, the star of The Devil Wears Prada wore a pair of Isabel Marant’s ultra-light-wash cargo trousers with a pink sweater, a red blazer, and a patterned silk scarf around her neck for her flight back to Los Angeles. Her black Bulgari sunglasses, Gucci’s Attaché crossbody purse, and, most ridiculous of all for a security line, a pair of white knee-high boots, were all added to the mix.
